Change for Social Solutions on Climate

The Center for Social Solutions on Climate (CSSC) will help catalyze a game-changing increase in support for climate solutions by engaging the American public in adaptation to climate change. The CSSC will a) build the necessary foundation of intellectual capital to enable a critical-mass increase in awareness, understanding and action; b) build, support, motivate, and collaborate with a multi-sector and multi-partisan network of leaders and organizations within and well-beyond the current "movement;" and c) develop and launch a flexible national campaign to coalesce these resources, break the deadlock on climate change, and inspire and activate public support for climate and sustainability solutions. The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and Linden Trust have provided funding for the development of the Center for Social Solutions on Climate.
