Norris Lozano is Chief Executive Officer and President of Urban Development & Finance, LLC, a triple bottom line financial services firm focused on developing and operating multi-family and mixed-use real estate projects in the urban core. As CEO, Mr. Lozano is responsible for the identification and generation of transactions, resources, funds and revenue sources which serve the mission and goals of the firm and its parent, The Urban Group of Companies. Mr. Lozano has more than 25 years experience in green building, mixed-use development, commercial real estate and tax law, large commercial lending transactions, business financing, and banking law. Over the past 4 years, he has led teams that have provided key financing for over $1.1 billion in total project costs including $650 million in green buildings up to LEED Platinum. For his vision and accomplishments in sustainable development, Lozano was named one of the 25 Green Building Leaders of the Northwest by Sustainable Industries Journal.
